So my friend's card VRM's popped on his R9 290, which is prone to hot running vrm's.

This does leave burn mark on the card, and told my friend I am not sure if we can get RMA for it.

So I logged a ticket with them, and they told me to ship it to them.

Shipped the card to them and they replaced it with R9 390, no questions asked!

Will continue to support them after this!
