Price difference between 4mb and 384k?

im amazed how big the difference is from 384 to 512

small in terms of speed high in terms of cost

downgrading your 4 meg line to like 1 or 2 is free

326/512 = 0.64
413/4096 = 0.1

Price per Kbps is really odd. If 512k was around R200 or is increased to 1024k, then it would seem like a better deal. Hence, the reason I will remain on 384k; I can browse the net, play WoW and (slowly) download over night. I have no real need for a faster line vs the cost.

=R391

a 4mbit line with DoBroadband is:

R554 (4mbit with 3GB)

Total extra PM = R163
