A warning to anybody thinking about purchasing from these scamsters! My daughter was looking for a specific pair of sneakers and this website had them among lots of other rare shoes. Unfortunately I didnt check out the website before she purchased but a cursory look at their website and instagram accounts makes it clear that its a scam.
I requested a refund and I spoke to Patrick who promised me a refund as soon as the money clears... of couse nothing every came of that.
I have disputed the transaction with my bank, however not sure if that will be sucessful.

In any event hopefully this will come up in a search when other people search for these scamsters.
 
I registerered on the site here just so i can give my two cents to above. My sister and I ordered from above website also and never received the bag and shoes we ordered :-( Was a huge loss for us and have given up on gettting a refund. Same guy Patrick promising a refund but its been 5 weeks and still nothing. Its a scam site.

If you made the purchase with your credit card you just have to speak to your bank.
 
Yes they robbed me too. It's been over a month now and those thieves haven't delivered. They even blocked my number when I asked about my order. I have applied for a charge back at the bank.
 
These scammers know better than to accept card payments, all eft so the funds are long gone once the victim realises it's a scam.

If I ever see eft as the only payment method I immediately suspect a scam, no online store accepts only eft's unless they are running a scam.

Please visit https://ispa.org.za/tdn/take-down-form/ to log a complaint. If ISPA agrees with the complaint we will take the website down if instructed to do so in the form of a take down notice.

Anyway I got my money back yesterday. I managed to reverse a debit order through FNB online and got paid a while later. Always use a debit or credit card when making online payments.

Scammers usually do this coz their payment accounts get terminated. The online payment companies they register with get a few or many complaints and demands for refunds and so they stop letting payments through and terminate the account. Nobody really pays through EFT and they know that if that's their only payment option it would look very sketchy so they stall with something like "closed until the new year" so they can register with another company and rob more people. Even if their site gets taken down they probably have dozens of these generic scam sites for multiple items.

Also, this is why you only pay for online stuff with a credit card, unless you have dealt with the website before and know it is legit, even then best to pay with credit card.

Hi there, please contact sneaker headz directly. I am the owner of sneakerheadz and I do not run a business with scamming people and not refunding them. I would like to assist every single person that has complained. I see that Prime sneakers are scamming people daily as they’re customers are contacting me. I am trying to assist them to find out what the issue is but we have not been successful. This is extremely frustrating as our business is tied up in this mess. I do not understand why or how but it’s because he’s forwarding our contact number to he’s customers. I will post again on this form as soon as I know what’s going on. I hate these idiots that are scamming people and I’ve been scammed before as well. While in business and before. I understand your frustration and will do my best to sort this out! If any of my customer issue a refund or want a exchange it gets done. I started this busines so that these type of people would be eliminated unfortunately they get money and grow the pages so they look legit. I work on honesty and transparency. The owner "sneakerheadz" send me a pm claiming he knows nothing about "primesneakerz" and is a completely legit business. he send me this
"’Ive actually found the previous owner of prime and I’m trying to get in contact becuses he is messing people around and robbing them. I have contacted the mods to show them my transactions and orders placed on my website."
The reason i linked them together was that the contact details, website layout, instagram setup was exactly the same. After i mentioned to prime sneakerz if that was their site also, the sneakerheadz details magically changed.

Looks like primesneakerz went out of business, however I would like to reserve judgement on whether sneakerheadz is legitc. perhaps @Sneakerguy can explain the situation and convince us that he is legit. i will be happy to clear that up
 
Mods please can you remove sneakerheadz from the title, as I cant prove that sneakerheadz is a scam and I dont want to hurt innocent people. I accomplished what I wanted with primesneakerz and they seemed to have closed down and removed all their content.

My business is not involved as they owner of prime sneakers has stolen my website information. There are plenty of business that look like mine as well as my instagram as there's many people in the same industry. For one allot of the products you speak of such as bags we have not even made a sale on. the way your able to make payment on the website we do not offer as we contact our customers directly to make sure that the info they give and that the sneakers they ordered are correct. If anyone would like to message me directly your more than welcome to. The websites were made by the same person as well, the website designer that created the website told me that he creates websites for plenty of people which explains why we have a simular layout. I have contacted the website designer and asked that he assist me to find the owner of prime sneakers. He is clearly a scammer as there's plenty of people contacting me on the daily. I also do not have any employees with the name Patrick or know anyone with the name Patrick, I assume that it is a cover up name. Im Liam and I only have one person that work with me. Please contact me on my business number so that I can send you a message as soon as Ive heard anything. If I were the scammer of prime sneakers I would of been on this page as they don't care who they scam or about the customers. Ive been scammed prior to me owning a business and while owning a business by plenty of sneaker business. Its exreamly frustrating that I have to deal with this but I have addressed this to boardband support and they are assisting me. Will give updates as soon as I know what's going on.

Please post links to your website and Instagram so we know which is the legit one.
