Primetel is liquidated?

I heard that Primetel has been liquidated? any truth in the matter?
No one is picking up their phones...

I speak under correction but I think it is just a formality now before Primetel's liquidation is announced.
I do know that most of their technical staff, sales team and clients have moved over to Screamer so if you want to contact anybody in this regard I suggest you phone Michelle on 084 588 5790.

Tx. I am just shocked to see that a telecom company has fallen under the recession pressure, when every other telecom company is doing phenomenally well after the issue of licences!

Johannesburg, 6 April 2009 - Local corporate-focused VOIP business PrimeTel was liquidated last month following the sudden death of its MD, Michael Alter.

According to employee George Flatt, the company was liquidated last month; however, employees were only told about the liquidation just over a week ago. “The company was liquidated on 19 March, and the MD has passed away.”
