How can one have a list of IP printers connected on a network, installed on a particular server (2003 or 2008) and be able to do the following
based on rules you can control where the print jobs goes.
IE: if colour and access is granted, then route to the colour printer,
if job is greater than 5 pages, then route to the large photocopier/printer
otherwise send to the small printer
Is there any microsoft solution that is on offer here or not? or is there 3rd party software that is capable of doing this?
