That’s fine. But even with the drivers installed on the computer, doesn’t mean the printer is accessible or just works.Have you tried it and it's not working?
A lot of routers that I've seen advertise this functionality (Asus comes to mind). If I understand correctly they just expose the printer to the network, you still need the drivers on your computer.
I may be mistaken though. Haven't owned a printer in some years.
Not buying a new printer thank you very much.Printer with wifi works easiest. Just the damn printer expose itself to everybody even outside the wifi
