Printscreen not working on remote desktop

Hi all,

We I try to do a print screen from remote desktop it does not work, but when im in my normal desktop it does. Can anyone please help me in sorting this out.

Are you prtscr when in remote, then pasting in remote paint for example?
This works for me

I can paste into both local and remote MS paint, once making a remote prtscr

Is Clipboard mapping enabled?

call up the virtual keyboard on the remote desktop and then press the print screen key on that virtual keyboard.... paste into paint... and then save or transfer from there.
