For R5 they can come and clean my garden. And so they will open up another avenue for corruption. Good intentions though.

We already have x number of unemployed people. Now you want the criminals to steal the jobs too?

Let them break rocks.

Let then fix the road, Pick up trash, dig holes for community housing. Just let them do something that seems like a LOT of work.

Maybe they'll think twice before going back to prison then.

Let them do labour intensive public works projects that aren't being done already, e.g. fixing roads etc. We're paying for them anyway, they may as well be of some benefit to us.
