It's a long and winding article, but three paragraphs in:

Can't quite make out what the negotiations are about, but a second supplier would be good news indeed.

It would be but the problem is it'll probably be laden with restrictions like government price controls, the company being forced to sell only to Eskom etc. CIC Energy's also looking at building in Bots to supply SA.
