This is ridiculous...there's no reason why they can't show it live. The country wants to watch the game as well not those who can only afford DSTV. Anyone know why there's no live transmission from the free to air channels?

Well if you have the dish and a decoder you can just pay for one month and then cancel right after...

Just moved into a new flat, no dish, no telephone line, so on, so on

Just wanna keep it for 4-6 months, will disconnect it after Rugby world Cup.

That might be tough, cos the dish and decoder I am pretty sure you are going to have to buy...
 
Im in the same situation as kiepie...jus wanna have dstv for a month to watch the cricket world cup. Why the heck doesnt compact come with all the damn sports channels..everyone gets dstv basically for mnet and supersport so compact should also have more sports channels.

Back on topic..we gave them a lekker thrashing last night. I can just imagine the atmosphere at a WORLD CUP pro 20 match..cant wait for that

i think he's sick of being defensive minded because he always goes out cheaply

im glad he is on form what with the world cup coming up we cannot afford for smith to be going early anymore
 
I just hope the team has not peaked yet or too early. I soo wanna see SA get to and win the final.
 
i think our problem is we dont bat fast enough in one day games and get bogged down

specially smith gibbs boeta (although he always seems bogged down) and kallis


i think we should open with smith and boucher to get us to a flyer and put the other team under huge pressure

although i like the opening pairing of smith and de villiers

all smith needs to do is bat and not worry about going out so much

not much point in facing 20 balls getting 10 and going out

rather go for shots get a fast 20-30 runs then go for a low score and lotsa balls

postive batting is the key for 1 day cricket, ask the aussies :)
