problem adding adhoc bundles on contact

HI.
Since the beginning of this month I am not able to add adhoc bundles on any or my contract accounts on the vodacom website via the modify services option.
Usually there are a list of options that one can select. This has suddenly disappeared on several different accounts both business and private ones.
I am able to add these on prepaid sim numbers however.
Is anyone else having this problem. I have contacted vodacom customer care via 155 and email but they say there are no changes and do not seem to be aware of this problem.
The main account that I want to add the adhoc bundle on is a business account and they now want me to fax letterheads, ID's business details etc etc just to add this one bundle that I have been adding easily in the past via the website.
any help would be appreciated.

I suspect that you have all these under one account / name and that (for some reason) you're not the master account holder on the system.

As only the master account holder can buy stuff, any other 'sub-account-holder' will not see these menus.

Phone 155 and check who the master account holder is. And why it changed, if it did.

Thanks vodacom3g but these accounts are not linked at all and I am logging onto the master account number as I have done since they have introduced the master account system.
Finally vodacom helpdesk have come back to me after 2 days to say there is a problem on their website that is affecting many accounts and their web developers are looking into it. Amazing that I had to contact them at least 10 times and send several emails before they would actually accept that they may have a problem.
lets hope they are now able to fix it.

I knew there was a problem last 2 days but I was under the impression it got fixed. Will also follow up.
 
Can you test again?

Thanks it did start working again correctly yesterday about midday but then by last night the link to this information was down again.
Working again this am.
