Problem configuring HUAWEI ASCEND P6 MMS

We have had our Huawei Ascend P6 cell phones for a while now and we cannot get the MMS Settings correctly.

We cannot receive or send any MMS messages.

We have contacted the network provider and have been given the manual settings, after repeatedly trying to enter the settings, it still does not work. We belong to the Cell C network and our cell phones are on contract.

We have taken our phones in to the Cell C shop and we were given the same settings as we received telephonically. and the technicians or Customer service agents at the shop also tried to enter the settings, and it still doesn't work.

It has been over 6 months now and we still cannot make or receive MMS messages.

Go to settings, then mobile network settings and check that "always receive mms is active. Other than that I dont know. Dont use MMS on my P6 at all. Always just send media via Telegram or WhatsApp. Cant actually remember last time I used MMS.
