Problem logging in to iBurst customer portal

Is anyone else experiencing probems? I cannot login as it keeps returning an error on their side.

Need to purchase BW as for the first time in 3 years we are going over our allocated amount (still trying to figure that one out as we are not downloading any files that are large, but arguing with iBurst about usage is going to be a rather pointless exercise).

Certainly not going to waste my moeny phoning HD and it has been over 2 hours since I sent the mail.
 
Sorry, should have been a little more clear on this part. Trying to log in to the client portal on their website.
Working for me. Are you sure your username and password are correct? Are you including the @iburst.co.za or @wbs.co.za?

Yep, username and password has not changed since I signed up with them right at the beginnig when the launched. Unless they have now opted to have different usernames and passwords for the product and for the client portal....
