Hi. I am in Namibia and my Telkom Mobile roaming option is not working. After contacting [email protected] my roaming worked briefly but I could not send or receive SMS (I need to receive a bank SMS to auntenticate transactions). Several hours later, out of frustration, I changed the roaming options in the *180# menu to Full International Roaming or something like that and I received confirmation that I have been provisioned for Full Roaming and immediately I lost coverage right up to now. Anyone ever been in this situation before who can shed some light on how to get roaming options? The email I sent to [email protected] 26hrs ago has not been responded to
