Problem with @cellc.co.za mail server

Yesterday I sent an email to someone @cellc.co.za. During the course of last night I received two emails from postmaster@cellc.co.za similar to the following:

Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups:

Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx (xxxxxx@cellc.co.za)

Subject: Re: xxxxxxxxx

This message hasn't been delivered yet. Delivery will continue to be attempted.

The server will keep trying to deliver this message for the next 1 days, 23 hours and 37 minutes. You'll be notified if the message can't be delivered by that time.

I sent an email more than 24 hours ago, requesting Delivery Status Notification and a Return Receipt.
Have received nothing.
