Problematic PSU

I bought a second Antec Neo PSU last weekend. I installed Windows but didn't do much else. I only used the pc again this morning, and all was fine. I turned it off and came back in a few minutes and tried to turn it on again. The little led on the mobo that's always on wasn't on either. I plugged in a different PSU and it worked. I then went out very frustrated and when I came back a while later it worked fine! And now it won't start again. wtf?

Is it still under warranty? If so, get it swapped out for another one

I'm contacting the seller now to see what I can do. Hopefully it's not that serious though...
