Hey wonder if someone could possibly help me.

I'm using Routesentry with Axxess as Int account and Openweb as Local.

MrBeep hope you're seeing this!!! I'm having the same problem as about 2 weeks ago when you reset my password. When I try to connect to Openweb, I get an error

Error 691: Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain.

Last time after you reset my account it worked fine, any reason I'm having the same problem just a week after the account was reset?

please check it out for me, I'll pm.

Then on my Axxess account something weird is happening. It seems like the account connects using routesentry, but the connection lasts only for a split second, and I really mean a split second. As soon as it connects the connection drops.

I have checked my router and the line is up and is syncing at the correct speed. I have also confirmed with friends of mine on the same exchange that their lines and connections are fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...I have been without my ADSL since Friday!!!

Regards

I can't be capped, that is impossible! On my Axxess account yes but I get sms's from them and I top up regularly, there is NO WAY I can be capped on my OpenWeb account.

lol ok just telling you what happened to me. it's a OpenWeb account btw.

Hey Guys

SlowHands had a problem with his account. We gave him another account to make up for his remaining bandwidth.

I have also provided him with the IS Usage stats link so that he can take a look at the usage breakdown of his account.

I hope all is now in order.

Have a great evening,
MrBEEP
