I have been battling for weeks with my local Telkom Shop trying to get a contract-expired Telkom Mix sim card converted to prepaid.
Every time we go in they can't explain what is wrong and then send emails or log an incident with someone or other, but the problem doesn't get resolved. My daughters phone was stolen on 19 Nov and, even though we have done a sim-swap, she hasn't had the use of her cell number since.
Does anybody have any suggestions, or even better, the ability to chase things up a bit?
