A friend bought me airtime and sent me the voucher pin. But when I use the *102*pin# option it does not accept the pin. I made double sure with my friend that the pin is correct. I've contacted the CellC contact centre but they can't assist as they need an additional code which I don't have. Does this mean I lose the artime?!
