This article seems to imply that the network issues have been resolved. Just in case anyone at Neotel thinks that this is the case, let me tell you emphatically that more than eight weeks after I signed up for NeoFlex Data, I'm still sitting with a mostly unusable service.
 
Well, service works ... sometimes ... when it's not disconnecting or so painfully slow that I need to log out before losing my nerves. Personally I can't wait for the results of the upcoming downtimes.
