I was wondering if anyone was having the same problem, I am getting intermittent errors when trying to upload something through 3G.

Example: I am listing my items on an auction site hosted in US, and second step, it returns nothing or just fails completely.

Is this a known problem, or can I maybe do something on my side.

I know it is not the site, as I have tried via normal DSL and it works perfectly.

Thanks in advance for the help!!

Stephan

Are you using trying to upload FTP?

There's an old thread that dealt with some FTP problems here.

What are the symptoms?

It could be caused by the lower uplink speed or possibly by protocol / NAT issues as ginggs suggested.

Call 155 and ask them to switch you over to the internetvpn APN and see if that helps.

Yep, switching to the [searchforum]internetvpn APN[/searchforum] usually solves such problems :).

PS: @stephangrobler, in case you are told to apply for the unrestricted APN, insist on having your SIM Card provisioned for the internetvpn APN, and ask 155 for instructions on how to change your dashboard s/w settings to use the internetvpn APN.

Have addressed the questionable passion for the unrestricted APN by 155. Might take a few days to filter down.

Migration to routable IP's due to start in the next few weeks, so hopefully these kinds of problems will soon be over.

Very good news on both counts :).
