Problems with B970 router

Hi all firstly let me say since 8ta released the 10g promo I got it on day one and it has been working successfully in my B970 router it was a simple insert sim and I was good to go

When im at home I use the router when im on the go I use the K3765 stick which also works perfectly

However last night I had issues with the B970 and then I decided to update the router as I got the router back in 2009 and never ever updated it

The update worked but now I cant connect to 8ta ?

If I troubleshoot it on windows7 it comes with the following error
"The remote DNS server is not responding"

However if I open internet and type 192.168.1.1 then the vodafone screen pops up and in this menu im connected via HSPA and my signal is full and it says its on 65502

Right now im typing using my K3765 so there is definitely still 8ta signal for me

What else can I check on the router settings ?

Dam, spoke to Dablakmark and my problem was a DNS problem eventually just used 8.8.8.8

I got the B970 is 2009 and when I inserted my 8ta sim it was also pure bliss

But monday evening I couldnt get into xbox LIVE and been the fool I am I decided to go mess with the router at first I thought I broke it but as seen in my post above it was a simple DNS error......
