Problems with Bandwidth Usage Report emails: zilchlicates, duplicates, triplicates...

Ok, so not a surprise, WBS still haven't fixed this problem...just typical incompetence...sad, very sad...the digital glue stays...

yeah... i even phoned them and asked them to fix it and that was about 2 weeks ago. even got a reference number and everything...

i dont know why they bother taking our calls... oh wait in some cases they dont.

Well Well, I just recieved my 1st email BW report in 2 months!!!!

Needless to say the BW usage info in it is totally incorrect.

Now the BW webpage is giving logon errors as below:

The parameter USERID to function
checkDemoStaffAccount is required but
was not passed in.

No real loss since it was also incorrect when I checked earlier this morning.

Surprise, surprise! I too recieved my first BW report today.

It seems that they are actually attending to some of the issues put forward by their subscribers.

Have yet to recieve a response to any of the mails that I sent them but it's obviously baby steps.

Just refresh the page and its there..

Tried refreshing a few times earlier but the errors stayed the same for me.

Had a look now and it seems to be back to normal including incorrect BW usage.

I noticed the same in one instance - I think it was on the 23rd. I tried reloading the page, and it came up correctly. This was the first time I'd seen this and I've been using this page fairly frequently since I joined (around March).

Anyway, I can report that I received my expected (not really) emailed bandwidth report yesterday AND today. That is two in a row.

We normally say that two is a coincidence, three is a pattern. Let's see..

WooHoo!!!! Just recieved a BW email report and it's spot on with the correct usage as BWmeter is showing.

Maybe this is the turning point where wbs start getting things sorted out at last.
