I had no choice but to login via helpdesk.wbs.co.za, and it still didn't send me usage report emails, however I did get 2 last night for the first time since 2005-05-25...I wonder if I will get 0||2||3 today...Jerry said:don't know if it was coincidence, but my bandwidth report only came through once I logged onto wbs & looked at the bandwidth meter...

Exact same here - nothing after I was capped [actually dumb not to send and email saying you are capped & that's why your speed is cr@p - would save a few calls to the Helpdesk...] then 1 from noreply...Kei said:As soon as I got capped, the bandwidth reports stopped-

[/post]I also haven't been getting Bandwidth Usage Reports, last one I received was on 2005-06-28, the fact is that WBS is simply incompetent & that is reason enough to cancel [if you can switch to carrier pigeons] - I have cancelled - my carrier pigeons will be known as HomeDSL192 from August...w1z4rd said:major issues this morning with IBURSTits crappy slow, im loosing data, and i cant even stream 702. I am going to recommned to everyone now STAY AWAY FROM WBS AND IBURST. DO NOT waste your money on them. Until such time as they start responsing, or actually putting out a decent usable service STAY AWAY!!!
