Hi all

So, after I have uninstalled Firefox on two of my RDP servers, a lot of the users here cannot load the FNB banking website.

Oh, I have put them back onto IE10 as I have been having trouble with Firefox...seems it doesn't work too well with Untangle's Captive Portal. Not that that makes any sense, since IE10 is actually worse at this stage.

I have logged on as Administrator and the website then proceeds to load fine (via RDP). When I log in as a user account though, the site does not load correctly and the formatting of it is way off. This also never happened before FNB did their revamp.

I have the latest version of Java and Flash Player installed. I am running Windows Server 2008 R2. Attached is a screenshot of the issue I am having.

Has anyone had similar problems?

I have Chrome on my work and home PC - it's awesome ;)

But, the users here are resistant to change, and I found that with the Captive Portal app from Untangle, Chrome doesn't always load pages for some reason. Same problem I am having with Firefox. Only IE10 works, apart from FNB that refuses to work

I just tested quickly and FNB works 100% in IE10 on my pc. Quickly did a once-off payment and everything.
Perhaps a plugin or compatibility setting causing your issue?

I wonder if it isn't something to do with my Group Policy Objects.

Anyways, I think I have it solved. I added FNB to my Trusted Sites via a GPO on my domain controller and all seems well again. Windows Server 2008 R2 must have been blocking certain aspects of the webpage.

Meh
