Problems with my windows

Ok, so lately I've noticed that my windows explorer.exe has been very greedy. I mean, It's chowing over 100mb's and is just increasing continuously!!!

well firstly do you have anti virus, i assume you do, maybe try get a malware/spyware scanner. I have found that most anti virus's won't detect spyware and i have to use a seperate program like xsoft to scan and remove.

Otherwise when in doubt, format

end the process explorer.exe and run it again via task manager.see what happens
