Problems with Openweb support?

Hey all, I bought a 10gig VPN account at around 4:30pm today. E-mailed them a couple of times to make sure they got the proof of purchase from my bank. I got no response, I also gave their number a couple of calls, it rings for about 10secs then cuts off. This has never happened before, my account was always created in a few min. Whats up Openguys?

Very unfortunate - I dont want to use a debit order. If I can use EFT or credit card I would surely buy a VPN account from openweb.
