Problems with TelkomSA SMTP ?

For some reason I am unable to connect to the smrp.telkomsa.net SMTP server to send mail. I can however receive POP3 mail from pop3.telkomsa.net. Anyone else experiencing the same? It started today (3 June). Is it related to this problem here ?
 
SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET !!!! Many thanks. Works like a dream now. If anyone else experiences this, and is using Outlok 2003, and have emails in your Outbox waiting to be sent, it seems you have to compose those messages again, coz when I changed to smtp.saix.net, Outlook refused to send the emails waiting in Outbox, but was able to send new emails.
