I'd say erasma's point was that if Neotel was full of what that advert spoke of, plenty of notel users would constantly be wiping their feet, and whoever wrote that advertising on Neotel packages should wipe their mouth.

We'll need clarification from the man himself.

Seems they are probably covered though, since 40KBps (±320kbps) is within the stated average speed.
