Product Training (or lack of)

What's going on with product training?

I go into the Vodashop to get info on the 250MB package only to be told there is no such package.

So I tell the guy (Frik) yes there is. But he says no there is not. He shows me the Vodacom bulletin listing 3G1, 3G2 and 3G3.

I tell him to go to www.vodacom.co.za and see for himself - oooops. Yes there is a package but we have no idea how it works. He phones Vodacom and they don't know either!!

Suddenly the Telkom part of Vodacom rears it head

"Please PM me the shop details and I'll follow up"

Will you do that please?

At least we've got an educated customer base!

hehehe, perhaps we need to find someone on this forum that can replicate vodacom3g and send him to all the shops

While you're at it, send him to WBS too. He could teach iburst a thing or two about participation.

Can we replicate him for every company/supplier I ever have to deal with for the rest of my life?
