Profits up and some prices down from Telkom

You know what is really sickening. That since Telkom announced it's R30bn capital spending, it's share price plumated. Now with this kind of earnings report, we can probably expect it to rise above normal expected levels. Yet even at these profit margins Telkom is still complaining that ICASA must allow it to recover infrustracture costs. So what? After the R30bn investment, do they expect the consumers to cover that as well?
