Profmed has notified customers that its investigation into a recent data breach has concluded and that no additional categories of personal information were affected beyond those previously communicated.
The medical aid provider notified customers of a breach in June 2026, which it said may have exposed names, identity numbers, contact details, membership numbers, and scheme option information.
