My son was shortlisted for a job, he has all the usual certifications in place (MCSE, MCITP, CCNA etc), applied for a management position and lost it at the post on what seems like PM questions.
How would you answer these, because it seems to me, there is more than one correct answer or if they required an explanation would be better....or better still described the context if which it fits..

How did you plan and organise the most complex project that you have managed?
A. I put a project plan together in an orderly, functional and structured manner, and got it into working order
B. I created objectives and plans that integrated the needs of diverse views and groups within the organisation
C. I did not formally plan or organise the project
D. I assigned the project planning to a sub-ordinate or co-worker
I would choose A

How have you planned and achieved the long term objectives of your organisation/business unit?
A. I investigated and understood the immediate and long term effects of business and environmental trends and problems on individual and team performance
B. I created objectives and plans that integrated the views of diverse views and groups
C. I built common ownership and commitment to group goals through creating a shared team vision
D. I translated the broad goals into systemized, measurable goals and objectives and took the available resources into account
I would choose D

When dealing with constantly changing schedules and priorities, how do you cope with the changes?
A. I adapt to changing circumstances and new environments by altering my approach to problems
B. I prefer structure and clearly defined procedures, in order to provide me a framework to operate within
C. I often find it difficult to generate different options to try when faced with changing schedules and priorities
D. I prefer structure and predictability, but am open to exploring different approaches when in unfamiliar situations
I would choose A

Few more...

How do you deal with listening to and remembering large volumes of information?
A. When listening, I usually remember an overview of the conversation, but may tend to forget the finer details
B. When listening, I have little difficulty retaining and recalling the detailed aspects of a conversation
C. When listening, I often forget what the conversation concerned
D. I generally avoid situations where there is a need to listen and remember important information
B looks good but A seems more honest

When dealing with the most recent project or task at work, what was your approach to the situation?
A. I apply a holistic approach, taking note of the fine detail, while keeping in mind bigger picture implications
B. I applied a general approach to the task, and focused on understanding the global perspective
C. I approached the task spontaneously, and relied on intuition and instinct
D. I apply a step-wise and precise approach and focus on practical implementation of solutions rather than ideas and theories

D seems correct to me - but so does A

How do you most effectively convey information or intent to a group of people?
A. I prepare a formal presentation and deliver it to the relevant group of people
B. I produce a written document and distribute it to the relevant parties
C. I approach each party on an individual basis, and verbally communicate the information on a one-to-one basis
D. I assemble the relevant parties, and use logical reasoning and/ or appropriate images and figures of speech to communicate the message in an informal presentation
I choose D

How do you deal with moral or ethical problems in the workplace?
A. I consistently adhere to ethical and moral principles
B. I mostly adhere to ethical and moral principles
C. I sometimes adhere to moral and ethical principles
D. I feel that there are more important issues in the workplace than adhering to moral and ethical principles

I'd choose B - I know A sounds better...but my old time ICL Manager would say:- "That's like walking on water, Jesus Christ"

Those are not PM questions, they are psychometrics. Basically classifying personality traits and problem solving approach type..there is more than 1 correct answer because it is about which answer you choose not which is most correct etc.

Questions like that are all about bull****ting and choosing the answer that in a perfect world where it has no impact on you benefits the company and coworkers the most. Always go with formal, holistic and diverse views :p

This.

This probably what they'd want to hear.

First one, BBA.
Second one, AAAA
