Certain Topup client's with the promotional 110Mb bundles are only receiving 100Mb

If you are , you can send me your number and will add the extra 10Mb for you. This problem has been escalated and the allocation will be fixed.
 
I am currently experiencing this issue, when I informed Vodacom about it I was told they just changed the bundle. To me that made no sense what so ever. Surely the contract cannot be changed.

So is it confirmed to be a problem on Vodacom's side?
