For the SA Indians (or anyone else interested), there is a property exhibition at the Sandton Convention Centre from 16 - 18 Jan "for the buyers and sellers to meet on a neutral platform to discuss, evaluate and to do business. The exhibition is positioned at NRI’s / PIO’s and fund managers residing in South Africa who are in process of making a decision to invest in Indian real estate."

I just noticed that there is no clarity on the dates of the exhibition in South Africa - according to the Sandton Convention Centre's web site, the exhibit is 16 - 18 January, but the organiser's web site refers to 20 - 22 January 2009.

Depends mate, some people love it other dont. I visited and i like the place. I dont think i could live there though, maybe holiday home. But tons of foreigners setup up their lives there. Go to Goa and into the markets - and all you see are foreigners and they not the ones only doing the shopping, they ones who actually owns and run the shops.
