Nicko: I would love to see cheaper alternatives (shipping included) where the support is just as good + it must not be a whole seller like Rectron/Sahara/etc.

I know that you can often find certain components for cheaper elsewhere, but when you have to add shipping costs, it would be the same as buying from PS most of the time + it's just too much of an hassle to buy from like 4 different places.

They just don't want to pay 2.5 percent the bank charges using C.C - that is why they offer free delivery delivery for orders over R1500

Actually its usually a lot higher than 2.5%, anywhere between 3.5% - 7% plus monthly fees plus speedpoint rental fees.

Wouldn't you rather prefer they just past on the savings to you instead of having to pay extra to the bank and building that cost into their price?

I just assumed it was 2.5/3.5/ - I doubt you need to use speedpoint you could use mygate payment gateway solution. I wonder if they would match prices if one goes and collects directly from them.

So how is it the other online stores manage to use the system? Anyways from what i have seen they are losing business but that is there choice i guess.

Anyone else know what stores do not make use of a CC stores?

I know PCint.co.za do take credit cards but charge 2.5%
