Prorata Network - Bandwidth

Dear Cell C.

I have a question regarding the prorata bandwidth allocated to me for the rest of the month.

I decided to go for the 5gig package yesterday @ R299 p\m.
After installing the software last night i created my account and checked my balance after some browsing.

I found that i was only allocated 1.2gig for the rest of the month which doesnt really make sense to me. Its not even the 15 of the month yet and i dont have a full 2.5 gig for the rest of the month.

Now to my knowledge i will be charged R190 + R299 by the end of October for 6.2 gig because of the pro-rata rate.

Could someone please look into this and let me know how CELL C would give me my moneys worth.
