How often do you eat. every 2hrs?

Roughly, I'm actually cutting down on calories at the moment.

I have the following:

5:30
Pre-workout:
Coffee
1/3 cup whey, 1/3 cup oats, 1 table spoon raisins.


7:30
Post-workout
1/3 cup whey, 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop (32g) dextrose

9:30
coffee
10 egg whites, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 bottle salsa.

11:00
100g meal replacement shake (was eating whole foods, but it got to time consuming)
30g almonds

13:00
grean tea
250g chicken
200g brown rice or couscous
2 cup spinnach

15:30
100g meal replacement shake (was eating whole foods, but it got to time consuming)
30g almonds

19:00
250g steak
spinnach salad with cheese.

21:30
casein desert (40g cassein, 100ml fat free milk, 150ml water, 1/2 teaspoon flavouring, put in fridge at 19:00)

Ends at around 3600 calories.

Powerllifters eat a hell of a lot and are inredibly strong but their physiques don't match a bodybuilders - so training goal and outcome definitely play a role ;)

For me personally I admire the dedication that goes into the training and eating discipline that bodybuilders have to get their bf% down to 6% and lower for their compititions. That is not my goal however - give me a maintainable 12% with the adonis belt showing and I'm all good :D

EDIT: Which Casein protein do you use? Only type I know are ON or Evox...your brand?
