Proxy server that tracks IP usage

I am looking for a proxy server program to run on a network that will also track IP based bandwidth volume usage.

I would prefer something Linux based,
but Windows will do if I have to.

I am running Squid with a opensource package called mysar (Squid reporting tool). It gives you exact amount of throughput per IP Address as well as sites visited.
