I'm still old-school, got a PS2 running at home. So I have a few online games, but I'm limited with my network cable from my router - Not long enough to reach to the PS2 in the living room from my study with the Router.

Now this morning, I though of an Idea:
What If I connect the Laptop wirelessly to the router, then Plug the network cable in my laptop going into my PS2?

Any chance that this will work?

THANKS

For what though? I don't think you will find many people playing the games any longer. Time has moved on unfortunately.

I think he'll able to play against people in Brazil. They still selling like hot cakes there

when i still had a ps2 i tried that with my data card and was unable to connect...you will experience quite a lot of uphill, not to mention no dedicated servers or players for that matter, perhaps a good idea in 2004, not now though...

Technically this should work.

Just make sure you use your routers IP address as your gateway on your ps2.

Also you will have to use a Cross Over Cable to connect your PS2 and laptop and set your LAN settings manually

Just bridge the wireless and wired connection in Windows. That + a crossover cable should work.
