Is there a way i could plug my PS2 or somehow use my monitor to play PS2 on i hate having to use the lounge TV when my parents are giving me grief about it , i have tried emulations but it just dont work!:sick:

Any help, or is it total no go?

there is cable you can buy for pluging in ps2 to monitor,but where to get it...you must look in the cape ads,there is a guy in the section that sells those cables

I will need 2 sundays for that drive!:D Or maybe a flight but then that would work out just a little bit expensive!
 
I've got one of those VGA adapters for the PS2. I wouldn't recommend using it on an LCD unless you can somehow get the game to upscale to the native resolution of the screen (to avood horrible jaggies/blurred textures)

I've got a 19inch monitor with the PS2 Blaze HD software that is supposedly meant to upscale your games....utter crap. At 1280x1024 the game window takes up about 1/8 of the screen and at any other res the jaggies/blurred textures i mentioned are rife.

Ok so what now is it not worth it! Should just go out and buy a TV instead!:confused:

The cable was just under R200 iirc.

Yep, it'll still look better on 74cm TV than the LCD monitor (unless of course someone can solve the issue with the 1280x1024 res) I've gone back to using my 74cm Samsung Plano.

I guess you just have to weigh up the cost either way.
