Ps4 controller error pc vs ps4

I checked google about this and cant find anything on the subject.I got so used to console controllers that i use a ps4 controller for pc games,my fingers cramp when using a keyboard.I also repair game controllers in my spare time.I have been recently plagued with stick drift on the ps4 but when i use the controller on my pc via Bluetooth i get no stick drift.

I checked the raw data and there is nothing wrong with the controller,but as soon as i use it on console it acts up.Why would this be.
Lets make an example,I play warzone on ps4 and when you let go of stick the character moves to the right without touching controller.DOing the same thing on pc the character wont move.This goes for all games on ps4 and on pc everything pc its fine.

I dont know what to report to respawn cause i cant just tell them my son says the character wont run in apex legends..he limps as if his leg is broken.But the pc version he has the will of the gods.
I know about deadzones settings but this is something else.
Ghost in the machina.

lol like i said i repair controllers..lol.I done that already,in fact i exhausted 3 hours of my time trying to figure out why for pc its different.In apex legends is bad ,,in gta 5 there is no problem,both on ps4.On pc no problemo el capitan.
gonna send respawn video and email explaining to them whats going on,I dont like ghost.Also apparently there was a bug last year that caused this on the ps4 but afaik it was patched and fixed.
I give up....maybe its the xbox 340 drivers and emulation that cause the pc versions of the games to not act up

I had the same issue with a Xbox One controller 1st gen. Never got it to work properly on the console without the drift, but on pc it works 100%
