I have to give 1 month noticeAnd you still with mweb why?
I have to give 1 month notice
If you do a internet test on the PS4, what does it say your NAT is?
And do any tests fail?
Nice to see @MWEBHELP could not give a damn to help me with my problem. Knew there was a reason I gave notice. If you are thinking about joining MWEB, look at my experience, know that they are not the ISP to go for. STAY AWAY, Especially if you enjoy gaming!!!
Hi
I have arrange for a specialist to call you to do some testing this evening after 18:00.
Hopefully they are able to isolate what is causing this issue with your connection.
So it is now 19:00 and no call from the technician. I am sorry @MWEBHELP, but you are really the only person at MWEB willing to help customers. Sadly, this lack of service is the reason I have put in my cancellation, and why I would continue to recommend that people do not sign with MWEB.
Honestly. If I had legal recourse to get my money back, I would take it, but technically, I still have usable internet, even if I cannot use it for Online Gaming.
Hi DERoestorf, apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Our records show that our specialists called you since and your query has been addressed. Your case was escalated to our Gaming admin.
Hey, just a quick question, have you tried gaming on the Mweb account at say 10pm till around midnight? Just curious if it might be due to them throttling p2p.

Hi DERoestorf
Sorry to hear about your ongoing issues, I hope the end is in sight and that the gaming admin will be able to help. MWEB does take gaming very seriously, and they're known as one of the best ISPs for it, if not the best.
As somewhat of an aside. MWEB is the second largest ISP in South Africa, with many PS/4 users, many of whom I personally know, and many who are on this forum. Not one other person has mentioned any issues in this thread, and your issues are extremely rare, bordering on the impossible.

Wow. Are you sure you don't want to sign up as an/the Mweb rep? Fanboy-ism extreme, you are also calling (it can be construed that way) him a liar with that last bit.
I don't know what is going on. All I know is what the symptoms are, and that is all I can go by.
For me it does not make sense at all, that on the same hardware, simply changing a username and password on the router, to a different ISP will allow me to play the games.
It may be an isolated incident, but at the moment, I am really fed up, and want to game so badly it is not even funny. I have not actively played anything since the 9th of January this year.
I am hoping the gaming guys can sort this out.
