PS4 or XBox One?

Xbox360 games dont work on the XBO?? Well that's just balls.

Iæm looking at getting one because I cannot for the life of me get used to PS controllers. They just feel wrong...and I own a PS3 + 360 so Iæm not a biased fanboi.

The new PS4 controllers are awesome. More comfortable, the touchpad is awesome, the built in speaker provides for some scary sound clips....they are just awesome.

I thought that too coming from an Xbox 360, but the PS4 controller is even better than the 360 one IMO...

FNB has a fantastic deal you get the console + 2 controllers + camera + R200 psn voucher + 5 games for R400 p/m

Slightly off topic - anyone know if FNB are still offering the discounts on their smart devices?

I've always been a Xbox fan, primarily due to Halo and Gears.. friend uses an Xbox 360 for everything and I'm leaning towards Xbox one though.. I think it's just personal preference!

R9600 over 2 years if you had to get everything separately works out to R11600

You can easily get all this for cheaper if my maths is up to scratch.

PS4 with extra controller and DriveClub is R7000 at Dionwired
Camera is R800 at Takealot
Infamous FL and Minecraft are R258 each at Raru
TLoU is R599 at Takealot/Kalahari
MGS is R355 at Kalahari
R200 voucher is R190 at Takealot

Total cost: R9461

You can also use some of the Kalahari vouchers to reduce the price further.

Aaaaah... Thank you.

Whatever your financial situation dictates though, but yeah it is interest free...

Buying it once off is lost opportunity cost. If you pay per month you could invest the cash you would have spent.

I would do a lot more to avoid a contract like that.

Anyway, like many other people I don't bank with FNB to start with, and so that option is immediately off the table.

The interest free is what makes a huge difference go with game or makro and they add 23% interest every year and thats over 3 years you paying it off, on top of the price so you going to pay almost double for the same thing anywhere else.

Here is an excellent example buy just the console for R6100 but you can get it for R295p/m over 48 months at 22% per year at a total cost of R14213 more than double. Thats just the bare console.

Contract like what? An interest-free repayment option? Those evil bastards at FNB, damn them!! Nah you sound like one of those penny counters mate, whose time is worth less than a few bucks to them...
