PS4 Pro Pricing

I've had a PS4 Pro for quite a while and hardly used it since the birth of my kids. I see the latest FW is 9.0.3...and FW is important to some.

I can't find any other accessories yet - so curious what the worth of would be for a PS4 Pro + Controller would be?

I can't even find the charger, cable or some of the games But the unit is there.

Any idea on price?
