PS4 Pro Pricing

Possibly, but bear in mind if it's a 9 or below firmware wise, it's hackable. That's got to be worth something to someone.

Mine was already over 9 - so I just completed to the latest.

I think 4.5k for a Pro is probably correct and around R3k for a standard PS4. I think I sold my standard PS4 for around R2.8k

Something tells me they don't sell at the R6k they ask ;)

I think those prices still around from The big C & lockdowns.
In 2020 prices just went ape for all consoles, new and second hand.

I was trying to source a PS3 Slim so was activly looking. (I have a super slim)
In 2019 you could get a PS3 for around R1200 then shot up in 2020 to R2K and in some cases even the upper R3K.

They started dropping again end of 2021 and I see if you shop around you can get them again for R1200 but most go for R1700.

360 even went to bellow R1K prices, so there is hope.

If you still looking I was trying to sell my nephews slim for 1,5k a few months ago.

I've had a PS4 Pro for quite a while and hardly used it since the birth of my kids. I see the latest FW is 9.0.3...and FW is important to some.

I can't find any other accessories yet - so curious what the worth of would be for a PS4 Pro + Controller would be?

I can't even find the charger, cable or some of the games :( But the unit is there.

Any idea on price?
R2500 should be reasonable, anything else someone / company is taking you for a moerse ride. It's old tech, man.

Series S will run circles around it all day at a fraction of the noise and power consumption.

Oh I've already got plenty of offers around the R4,000 mark from people that know consoles.

So my pricing was definitely out - but I think yours is pretty incorrect as well.

Are you able to find single advert at below R3,000?

EDIT : Happy to buy a few from you at R2,500 for resell. Please DM!

Nope, cant even get a PS4 for that price, nevermind a Pro.

You did see the pro part right?

Again nope:
Both PS4 Pro and Series S say they can do 4 teraflops but the PS4 Pro does it in 4K style.

I sold it pending the usual anyway. The purchaser trades Playstation games and consoles

Thanks guys!

R4500 for a Ps4 pro is about the right price and R3500 for a PS4. If you need a quick sale you should go a bit lower on each. R3500 for Ps4 is for the later slim models, not the OG PS4 that will be 3k and under.
I think the bigger problem was your add with all the ridiculous claim and sales talk. My kids had both the PS4 and Pro at the same time and the Pro was definitely not twice as good in graphics and speeds and loading games.
Its a bit better, but considering you have to listen to the jet engine on the pro, I would rate the normal Ps4 almost equal
