Ps5 controller drift

Hey everyone

So I have controller drift on my right analog stick does anyone have that also
Do you think I need to take the console back to where I bought it or what happens now ?

Its only 1 month old
 
Walk in, its so annoying you trying to aim and the sticks moves up have tried to blow it but still same crap
 
So I guess we all have to play with screwed up controllers, because buying a new one is just going to cause the same issue down the road. I mean if I played more than 20 hours on this thing its a lot... gonna take it back to where I bought it for a new controller

It's under warranty is it not?

Take your controller to Partserve and get it swapped
 
Well i phoned new world and they said i can bring it in they will have to send it to sony expected time is 6 weeks ?

like seriously
 
Problem is how long will it take to repair? if you have a second controller take it back. At least then you'll still be able to play. If not buy a second one, hopefully it doesn't drift :crying:

Ive had my controller exchanged for a brand new one. It was done over the counter. All I did was take original purchase invoice along. Problem with my controller was that the R2 Trigger gave up in less than a month.
 
Morning fellas - Partserve should be keen for swap outs if your controller is swak
 
Took it back to the shop i bought it, now they want to send it in for testing ? i mean seriously dont they read the news ? there is a problem with these things... guess ill have to wait now
 
Well good news guys phoned yesterday and said they not even going to send it in for testing as they know about the Law suit so am picking up my new controller today ! lets hope i pick one that has no problems... I dont mind i still have 11 months of warranty the amount of games i play i should go through maybe another 4 controllers before the warranty is up.... 410 hours sony ? what the hell
