PS5

I have been using a 4k 65inch TV until it got wacked with a golf stick so i switched to my PC monitor and Im just not impressed with downgrade in image quality .

I use my PS5 with a 4K 65 inch TV and one day I tried it out with my 4K 32 inch monitor.

I liked the TV more. When most games are not native 4K, it looks better when you sit further away on a bigger TV.

Replace your TV and keep the golf sticks far from drunks or kids

Bought MW3, the next day it went on sale for 45% off. Playstation support said lol tough luck.

Has anybody used the rogueware
Haven't used their monitors but I bought a rogueware ssd little bit over a year ago and it's fantastic.

Them being a child company of qisda (benq) gives me hope that the monitor is good, would've bought it in a heartbeat when they posted the link but I'm not a fan of IPS monitors.

Personal preference really.
IPS glow annoys me and I don't like the low contrast ratio of IPS monitors.
Same. I had a Samsung monitor with really bad IPS glow back in the day so when I bought my ultrawide I went for a VA monitor. If I had the money I'd go with OLED in a heartbeat.

PS5 Is Getting Another Big Xbox Exclusive Next Week, Report Claims

PlayStation 5 users may be in luck as a recent report claims that Microsoft is planning to announce another round of Xbox ports shortly. In a move that stunned the industry at the beginning of 2024, Microsoft revealed that it was bringing some of its best-reviewed games over to competing hardware; Hi-Fi Rush and Sea of Thieves came to PS5 alongside Grounded and Pentiment which also crossed over to Nintendo Switch. The decision rocked the community as many expressed doubt about the strategy but it seems those concerns may not have been enough to stop further ports.

Per XboxEra, a new report from reputable leaker Shinobi claims that Microsoft will unveil a PlayStation 5 port of a major Xbox title in the next week. While there's no word yet on which game is making the transition, rumors claiming that it's Forza 5 have been refuted by multiple insiders, leading to a great deal of speculation. It's worth noting that until Microsoft makes an official announcement this should all be taken with a grain of salt, but multiple accounts from different sources claiming that the report is valid is no doubt enough to raise some eyebrows.

Bethesda's Indiana Jones game is reportedly coming to PS5 in 2025 after Xbox launch

Microsoft may be planning to expand one of its biggest upcoming first-party games to PlayStation audiences, too. Following multiple ports of Xbox exclusives to the PlayStation 5 in recent months, many rumors and reports have begun popping up regarding what could be next. Now, Microsoft is reportedly about to announce Indiana Jones and the Great Circle as a multi-platform console launch, but with an exclusivity period.

The latest report is by known leakster @NatetheHate2, who posted on X that "MachineGames' Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will release on Xbox & PC this holiday (Dec) as a timed console exclusive."

"After this timed-exclusive window expires, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is planned to come to PlayStation 5 in the first half of 2025," he continues.

It was in 2023 that Bethesda confirmed that the planned PlayStation 5 port of the Indiana Jones game by MachineGames was scrapped after Microsoft acquired ZeniMax Media and its studios. If the report is accurate, those plans have been revitalized as Microsoft aims for more sales from its Xbox division.

The Silent Hill 2 Remake Is Significantly Better Than The Trailers You’ve Seen

After spending about three hours with Silent Hill 2 Remake, I feel confident the puzzle-driven horror game will honor the original's tones and excite old fans while also creating plenty of new ones.

PS5 Pro Leak Reportedly Shows What The Console Looks Like

Sony has yet to officially announce or reveal the PS5 Pro, but it’s one of the industry’s biggest open secrets and it appears the silence may about to be broken. Ahead of a debut, a new leak suggests that we may now know what the PS5 Pro looks like, along with some additional information.

This information comes from dealabs.com in an interesting format. The site claims they have seen the packaging of the PS5 Pro box, which they are not sharing itself, but instead they have done the equivalent of a police sketch of the box based on what they’ve seen, which you can see above.

As you can see, it is not exactly a radical departure, and echoes the PS5 Slim pretty clearly, albeit with more ridges up its sides. It’s supposed to be a bit thicker and this version at least does not have a disc drive. The site does not know if there will be an option with a drive or not, removable or no. The same DualSense controller will be included with the system, and that is not changing, as expected

Nice always wanted to try a little nightmares game. I probably should play the 1st one & jump into this one. How good is the Show24? What is this Quidditch game, a Hogwarts Legacy dlc /standalone..

Not into HP or sports games so I really can't say anything about them but Little Nightmares 2 is awesome. You don't have to play the first one to get into the second game.

Will be on PS Plus by December. Mark my words.
I wonder what they'll do long term.

Maybe throw it up on PS Plus for a month and see what happens, if not enough people are interested by then I wouldn't be surprised if they just completely killed it. Doesn't make much sense burning more money to try and fix something nobody really wanted in the first place.

Feel bad for those devs who spent years working on the game, for it to come out and then have a lower peak player count on Steam than Gollum did.
