PS5

It doesn't affect me personally as I own a RTX4090 PC, PS5, Series X (and the Switch 2 as soon as it drops because no way I'm paying R5k for toaster hardware when R10k next year gets me something special).

How do you find the time to play everything?

I looove the Product Z is holding games back console war, when we literally live in a era where Switch and Steam deck exist.

BG3 didn't release on Switch so I don't see how it's relevant. And Steam deck, well Steam does not force parity between the deck and higher end PCs, devs don't even have to certify their games for deck as far as I know, yet they can still release it on Steam (see HD2 which is not certified for deck but runs fine on it).

It's fine to like the Series S, but you can't deny the impact of the forced parity:
And then just last week: Black Myth: Wukong has been delayed for Xbox Series X/S

Posting this in the PS5 thread, as it relates. My 55" LG Nano86 bombed out on Sunday ... waiting to hear from LG what's potting, and repairs cost/possibility to repair.
In the meantime I have been looking for a replacement 120Hz TV, should I need to look at it.
The LG 120Hz TVs seem to be very scarce, and still quite pricey, so I am looking the the TCL 745/755. Anyone with experience with any of these?

Yeah, I've seen the Hisense as well ... personally more partial to TCL due to the Google OS

Get a Mi Box S 2nd gen, don't ever get a TV for it's OS.

Even if the software performs fine without glitches, you don't want to wear out your TV remote and hunt for a replacement...

This is mostly for PS5, and some smart apps when the other main tvs are occupied.
