Was it a big seller for Sony?
Yes, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach was a success, evidenced by its strong sales numbers, #1 download rankings in key regions, and generally favorable reviews. Analysts report it sold over 1.3 million copies shortly after its release, and it was the top downloaded game on the PlayStation Store in Japan and the US in June 2025. Review aggregators like Metacritic also gave it "generally favorable" ratings.
All PS5 Games with Power Saver Support
Power Saver is a new performance profile added to the PS5 as part of its memorably named 25.06-12.00.00 update on 17th September, 2025.
While it can be selected in the console's settings, it also needs to be individually supported by games in order to work.
There are currently 4 PS5 games with Power Saver support.

What Is Power Saver for PS5?
Power Saver mode is a performance profile for PS5 designed to reduce overall power consumption while playing supported games.
It achieves this by enabling a scaled-back performance profile in any of the aforementioned supported software, reducing their image quality or overall frame rate.
This means the games will look worse overall, although early testing shows that enabling Power Saver can reduce electricity consumption by more than 50% on a base PS5 console.

Likely early tests for the PS6 handheld or whatever they will call it.
The problem with a ps6 handheld in my opinion is that all games will then have to also work on the “lower” spec machine, which might stifle the quality of games.
Thinking of series S scenario here.
If it is some kind of hybrid console, maybe the only difference would be clock speed unlike the series S which is just straight up weaker hardware. So they could probably just lower the settings and resolution. The problem with a ps6 handheld in my opinion is that all games will then have to also work on the “lower” spec machine, which might stifle the quality of games.

Overall, I'd say it's an improvement on GoT in every way except the story. Fighting an invasion of your homeland is just more bad ass than a standard revenge story imo. As for Atsu vs. Jin, I liked both, Jin will always be the OG. Atsu had a bit more personality and some of her quips were funny enough to get a chuckle out of me.
Now eager to see what they cook up for the Legends mode next year.
Nobody? Not looking at the Marketplace or Gumtree more the repair shops.Any recommendations as to where I can buy a 2nd hand PS5 slim?

I'm thinking since it's all mostly PC hardware these days anyway, they can just build games the same way they would for PCs. Medium settings on handheld, high on console...The problem with a ps6 handheld in my opinion is that all games will then have to also work on the “lower” spec machine, which might stifle the quality of games.

Who is carb?Definitely Carb, although I bought my one from a work mate.
Bought DS2 on carb though, and Yotei from Facebook marketplace (although the latter was very stressful as I find Carb people just more trustworthy).
